Hey bro, think fast! Pete turned around just in time to catch the football his fraternity brother, Teddy, had tossed at him. He chuckled and rolled his eyes. Teddy would never change. A week before graduation and he was still playing around as if he hadn't a care in the world. Meanwhile, Pete was waiting to hear back about the internships for which he had applied. He told himself that he should be more laid back, like the guy he loved, but relaxing made Pete anxious. Except for weed, of course, but he was sure that with this new chapter in his life he would have to forgo cannabis as well. And then there was the matter of his relationship with Teddy.
He looked at the beautiful guy he had fallen in love with over the past four years. So much had happened. Especially within the last several months. It felt like a dream now, as if none of that had been real, but after Teddy had grown back to his regular size, their relationship changed. For the better, of course. Teddy felt Pete's eyes on him and looked over, smiling. God, he is beautiful, Pete thought.
