James stood in his living room the remote in hand. He felt a lump in his throat as he adjusted the settings and set it on the coffee table. He had been working on this project for so long, and it was finally ready. He bent over and hit the button to activate the remote and immediately his clothes began to loosen.
"Well, that's unexpected." He had anticipated that the ray would shrink everything, but apparently he would be tiny and naked for the next hour... "Oh, no..." He looked at the remote and the timer that would restore his size automatically was set to "0."
James reached for the table but he was dwindling too quickly. His clothing engulfed him and soon he was surrounded by his own musk as he finished shrinking into his underwear. He was 4 inches tall, naked, and unless he could reach the top of the coffee table, he would be stuck that way.
