With eyes and mouth wide open , Adam stood frozen, watching the immense door opening, and a towering form walked into the room…. A figure all dressed in black, whose bald head and long beard were clearly visible from the tiny man’s lower position. The small guy almost lost his balance, when the behemot kicked off his boots, which landed with heavy crashes beside the dollhouse, making it shake.
While the newcomer removed his own jacket and carelessly tossed it onto a chair, exposing a stained t-shirt, Adam uttered in dsbelief: “Ned…..”
Then he gulped, when for the first time his now-giant friend’s gaze fell on him. Ned’s smile looked, at the same time, tender and mischievous.
