Bill was mysteriously shrunk while sleeping, and so far Bill has been in the showers circling the drain around the feet of his friends and dorm-mates. He learned that the RA Andy has shrunken people for his own pleasure. From a delivery driver that spent his last day in the swimsuit of a freshman (Joe) before being crushed by Sam (Bills roommate) and his body swallowed by Henry (Bill's friend from High School) and a member of the dorm that he feed to another student after torturing him. Bill was then caught up in Henry's shoe which got him to the pool only to be stepped on and nearly swallowed. While in the locker room, Bill did see one of the swimmers named Connor secretly filming the changing room and smelling Henry's socks. Bill has been long without food and only pool water to sustain him.
