It's fake. It has to be. Or at least wrong. Or maybe I'm remembering his name wrong. His name was Sean, but was his last name O'Malley? It was definitely something Irish. I try not to look too interested in the paper while Evan is still in the room.
"Fascinating," I say sarcastically, putting the paper down.
"Gah you and your homo-ness," Evan sighs, throwing away his yogurt. "Whatever, I'm still gonna drag you to our home games."
"You've tried and failed before."
"Yeah, but this time I've got an ace up my sleeve."
"And that is?"
"Mark."
I turn my head to Evan. "Mark?"
"Fascinating," I say sarcastically, putting the paper down.
