Chapter 13
When light flooded the cube again, the windows had cleared up just enough to see what was grasping the outside walls. Enormous sheets of flesh pressed against the glass, the skin whirls clearly visible. Although I was scared, I was incredibly excited, my loins on fire. I felt a jarring shock and the giant fingers moved away. Before I could figure out where I was, I heard Nick's booming voice, loud even inside the metal and glass cube.
"Hey Alan, I'm going to have you undo your seat harness, and after that, you'll need to pull the red bar Sean showed you how to use."
