Four years later, Ashley has settled into her life with Masato and had started a family. Having adopted Mitsuko, then give birth to their daughter, Keiko, they were for the first time happy. Enjoying the vacation time alone away with their children in school, Masato and Ashley took in everything while in California. If anyone had predicted that they would be the ones to fall in love, it would be a come on thing. Masato had girls who were interested in him while in human form, but not as his true self. On the other hand, Ashley had gotten out of a bad relationship with Sean and was determined to stay unmarried like her siblings. Her father, Patrick, made plans for them to meet their perfect matches: Ashley originally with Jacob before he saw how perfect she and Masato are. Tanner is also married with a wife of his own in Miyako. The other three are still fighting him off, refusing to meet the people that he set them up with. Ashley was only 30 at the time and Masato at 26. No one thought that after she would not return as a nurse the she would instead find bigger calling as one of the few female Sentinels. Kissing Masato, Ashley felt a sense of true happiness and became the first woman who accepted him in his true Sentinel Form. Feeling him kiss her back, they are enjoying their California vacation. Ashley was pregnant for a 2nd time with another baby on the way and Masato has a harder time keeping his hands to himself. His tattoos on his arms and legs are visible while his shirt covers his body tattoos.
